What You’ll Be Doing

• Direct daily GMP manufacturing operations, scheduling, and resource planning
• Oversee cGMP compliance, audits, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls
• Review and approve SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation
• Ensure equipment, materials, facilities, and staff are manufacturing-ready
• Support and participate in GMP manufacturing runs as needed

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; MS/PhD preferred
• Deep knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing
• Experience managing GMP manufacturing facilities
• Expertise in cell culture, viral transduction, and cryopreservation
• Strong understanding of CAPA, deviations, change control, and batch record review
