Production TechnicianLindsay Windows is looking for a quality minded individuals to work in our production area as a Production Technician!Your Responsibilities:Using hand tools and tape measureLifting/moving/placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.Meet production goals by posted line standards.Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.Your Requirements Within This Position:Stand for the entire shiftLift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the dayLift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the dayReach overhead occasionallyBend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequentlyUse fine hand manipulation movements frequentlyCan read and communicate in EnglishWork in a team environment, and work with great people! $500 Hiring Bonus after 30 days of employment!Your Benefits:HealthDental401(k) Profit Bonus7 paid Holidays yearly
