Strategic Account Executive

Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter. What You’ll Do Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for mid‑market accounts, primarily sourced by Eve Legal. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Build a deep understanding of customer challenges and desired outcomes. Clearly communicate how Eve can help customers achieve their goals. Manage Strategic Sales Cycles: Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. Apply thoughtful, tailored approaches to address each client’s needs. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support a strong customer experience and long‑term value. Share Market Insights: Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to inform product development and roadmap planning. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Performer: Consistently exceeds targets and drives measurable results. Consultative Problem Solver: Builds trust with clients through solution‑oriented selling. The range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Eve and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
