Role Overview Provides direct patient care in acute care units, utilizing nursing processes within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, high-quality care. Responsibilities Performing top of scope nursing practices and prioritizing patient wellness and safety. Precepting and mentoring new healthcare team members. Supporting specialty education and competency validation. Contributing to a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and BLS certification. Minimum 6 months of nursing experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Key Duties Delivering patient-centered care in Med-Surg units with moderate to high acuity.
