Case Manager

We are partnering with a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a Case Manager to support its attorneys and manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload from intake through settlement.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and other case documents.
- Prepare demand packages and maintain accurate case files.
- Monitor deadlines and provide regular case updates.
- Previous plaintiff personal injury case management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
