Affiliate Manager - TikTok Shop

About the Role We are seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to build and scale the creator engine behind our brands. This on-site role in Beverly Hills owns affiliate strategy end to end: recruiting creators, activating them fast, designing the commission and incentive structures that drive output, and turning affiliate GMV into a predictable growth channel. You will work across a portfolio of major brands rather than a single shop, with the studio capacity, product catalog, and internal tooling to move at a pace most teams cannot match. What You'll Own The creator roster. Sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining affiliates across every tier, from emerging creators to top-performing partners. Campaign mechanics. Open Plans, Target Plans, and TAP agency campaigns, including commission structure design, incentive tiers, and promotional calendars. Activation velocity. Sample seeding, creative briefs, product education, and scripts that get a new creator from signed to posting quickly. Performance and reporting. Affiliate GMV, active creator count, activation rate, content volume, conversion rate, and ROI, reported in a rhythm leadership can act on. Agency and partner relationships. Briefing TAP partners on goals, budgets, creative angles, and product priorities, then holding them to clear KPIs. Cross-team execution. Working with live, content, and account teams so affiliate strategy lines up with what is happening on stage and on the brand calendar. What We're Looking For 2+ years in TikTok Shop affiliate management, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing. Direct TikTok Shop affiliate experience strongly preferred. Proven track record recruiting and activating creators at volume, with results you can point to. Working fluency in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center, including collaboration types, commission settings, and sample requests. Comfort with performance data. You can read a creator report, spot what is working, and reallocate effort without being told to. Strong relationship and negotiation skills. Creators respond to you because you are useful to them, not just because you sent an offer. Excellent written communication. You brief clearly and follow up relentlessly. Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills. Preferred Experience Agency or multi-brand experience managing several affiliate programs at once. Live selling experience, or having worked alongside a live studio operation. Familiarity with creator management or affiliate tracking platforms. Experience with paid amplification of creator content, such as GMV Max or Spark Ads. Experience in a high-volume consumer category: beauty, home, kitchen, or consumer electronics. $72,000 to $96,000 base salary, with a performance bonus structure tied to affiliate GMV and creator growth.
