Customer Account Manager

Bev-Hub, one of the fastest growing co-packers in the Midwest, is seeking a Customer Account Manager who will serve as the primary connection between our customers and our operations team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating projects, solving challenges, and helping our clients grow. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support customer success while driving long-term business partnerships. Primary Responsibilities: Build customer relationships Coordinate customer projects Drive customer success Support business growth Maintain documentation and organization Qualifications: Experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-packing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
