Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting contract opportunity awaits skilled Occupational Therapists ready to make a difference in a school setting near Aberdeen, WA. Work full-time onsite, providing expert OT services for the entire 2026-27 academic year. With a schedule of 37.5 hours weekly, you’ll have the chance to support students’ growth and independence through individualized and group interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of IEP process and ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse learning needs in a school-based environment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in the development of IEP goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving students’ functional skills within the classroom setting
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports as required by school guidelines
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate OT goals into daily routines
• Serve as a resource for families and caregivers to support student progress
