Summit Ridge Group: Financial & Valuation Consulting Responsibilities Entry-level position for an ambitious professional to work on project execution. Participate in detailed data collection efforts and derive insightful analysis to assist in client reimbursement process for a high-profile FCC initiative. Conduct comprehensive data entry and insightful analysis to streamline client reimbursements for a high-profile FCC initiative. Identify and resolve inconsistencies in complex datasets. Evaluate and interpret documentation to pinpoint critical client and account information. Articulate the final results of your research and any questions that arise in the process of conducting said research. Relay essential information to internal and external stakeholders; communicate findings and collaborate across teams to rectify data discrepancies. Participate in diverse internal and external projects, contributing to organizational goals and excellence. Ability to ask targeted questions, and retain and recall information. High level of detail, orientation and organization. Ability to extract meaning from disorganized or conflicting data. Capability to work independently while staying in alignment with team objectives. Contribute to and help improve processes. Ability to manage, organize, and be responsible for significant amounts of data. Prioritize the client’s work and meet deadlines. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business (preference for Accounting or Finance), Economics, or a similar quantitative field. 6-12 months of experience, including internships, 1-2 required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of databases and project management tools, including Monday.com, preferred. Inquisitive mind willing to learn quickly. Compensation Base Salary: $67,000 plus 401K, benefits, quarterly incentive bonus, and potential for performance-based bonus. Total compensation can exceed $100,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. SRG encourages and pays for skill development (CFA, CPA, ASA, PMP, etc.).
