Salesforce Business AnalystWe are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a client-facing delivery team in a hands-on role bridging business stakeholders and technical delivery. This is a fully remote engagement open to candidates based in the US or Canada.The right candidate brings strong requirements gathering skills, solid Salesforce platform knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, workable solutions within enterprise project teams.What You'll DoLead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand business needsDocument functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flowsAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SalesforceMaintain a clear backlog of requirements and keep stakeholders aligned on prioritiesPartner with architects and developers to translate requirements into Salesforce solutionsConfigure Salesforce where appropriate, including flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboardsSupport solution design decisions with clear rationale grounded in business and platform considerationsParticipate in design reviews and help maintain delivery standards across the teamAct as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the delivery teamSupport UAT planning, test case creation, and defect triageContribute to training materials, user guides, and rollout activitiesDocument decisions, processes, and solution designs so knowledge stays with the teamWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SalesforceHands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudStrong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skillsComfortable with Salesforce declarative configuration (flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, page layouts)Must be based in the US or CanadaStrong written and verbal communication skillsFunctional DepthRequirements gathering techniques, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definitionProcess mapping using BPMN, flowcharts, or similar notationSales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functional knowledge (lead/opportunity/case lifecycle, automation, reporting)Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharingExperience supporting UAT cycles and managing defect resolutionNice To HaveSalesforce Administrator certificationSalesforce Business Analyst certificationExperience working within consulting or client-facing delivery environmentsExposure to Agile delivery and tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsExperience on projects involving integrations, data migration, or Marketing Cloud / CPQWhat Sets You ApartA track record of running effective discovery and leaving projects with clear, usable documentationAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environmentClear communication skills and comfort working directly with business and technical stakeholdersA delivery-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail
