About The Role The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business process, translating complex operational data into actionable insights and scalable workflows. The team relies on this position to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business strategy, ensuring reporting systems and operational tools drive efficient decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting infrastructure using tools like Looker, Tableau, and SQL Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and operational metrics Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, pipeline bottlenecks, and areas for revenue optimization Audit, clean, and maintain data integrity across CRM and enterprise systems including Salesforce and Snowflake Translate business requirements into technical specs for data engineering and systems teams Automate manual reporting and operational workflows to improve team efficiency and data accuracy What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or data analytics within a high-growth technology environment Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern cloud data warehouses and BI platforms Demonstrated expertise in CRM administration and data governance, specifically within Salesforce and related revenue tech stacks Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Experience with Python, dbt, or machine learning applications in a business operations context #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
