Job Description

• Create Tailor-Made Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and design individualized therapy interventions to help them reach their personal milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Engage in evidence-based practices that foster improvements in motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday living tasks
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in harmony with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Share knowledge and techniques with patients and their caregivers to facilitate ongoing progress within their home environment
• Document and Monitor Progress: Observe and record clinical developments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maintain patient trajectory

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications available

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
