What you’ll do:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction, facilitate small-group activities, and provide one-on-one student support.
• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance, helping students overcome challenges and reach their potential.
• Prepare educational materials, organize activities, and aid in reinforcing lesson plans to ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch breaks, recess, and other non-instructional times to promote safety and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized strategies and contribute to each student’s success.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• At least 48 completed college semester units, or an Associate’s degree (AA/AS)
• The ability to successfully pass background and fingerprint screening
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a focus on student needs
