Job Description

A well-established South Florida general contractor is seeking a strong Project Manager to lead a ground-up project in Miami. This is a high-priority hire for an upcoming project mobilizing next month.About the CompanyWe are a privately held general contractor and construction management firm with a strong presence across South Florida. • Ground-up construction and major renovations

Projects are primarily located throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.Project Details

• Project Type: Ground-up high-rise
• Location: Miami, FL
• Start: Immediate mobilization

Compensation

• Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (flexible for top candidates)

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams and field leadership
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Take full ownership of project delivery

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects
• Experience with mid- or high-rise construction preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
