Branch Administrative Supervisor

About the Role:The Branch Administrative Supervisor (BAS) is primarily responsible for supervising the work of the branch support staff, including onboarding, training, development, and ongoing associate communication. The position also includes planning, directing, and organizing the branch’s administrative work, developing and recommending branch procedures, and researching and completing special projects. In addition, the Branch Administrative Supervisor performs advanced administrative, industry, and professional support functions for the Branch Manager and/or Financial Advisor(s).The Impact You’ll Make:Supervises and evaluates the work of branch support staff; prioritizes work, assigns tasks, and monitors progressResponsible for the employment life cycle, including interviewing and onboarding or offboarding, of branch associatesResponsible for, in partnership with the Branch Manager and Financial Advisors, ongoing associate development through the performance management process. Facilitates setting associate goals and ongoing monthly performance coaching to establish proper career development.
