We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning the month-end close process, partnering with business leaders, improving systems, and helping drive the financial performance of a growing professional services organization. What were looking for Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accounting professional with strong technical accounting skills. Experience with project-based accounting, WIP, and professional services environments. Architecture, engineering, interior design, consulting, legal, or other project-driven services experience strongly preferred. Someone who enjoys being both strategic and tactical—not afraid to dive into the details when needed. Strong systems and process improvement mindset.
