Sales/Office Administrator

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Process sales contracts, purchase orders, credit approvals, shipment updates, and customer documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
Support customer communication through CRM platforms including Salesforce, resolving inquiries and providing timely follow-up on orders and account needs.
Assist with district office operations including scheduling, travel coordination, onboarding support, personnel documentation, and general administrative functions.
Monitor customer credit applications and past-due accounts while partnering with internal teams to support issue resolution and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required with 2+ years of administrative, customer service, order entry, or sales support experience.
Salesforce and ERP/order entry experience required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and delivering excellent customer service.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Associate"s degree in Business, Office Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience with credit, billing, contract documentation, or customer account support preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$25/hour
