Admin Support Specialist

Overture Home Care is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Admin Support Specialist to serve as a central support resource for our clients, families, caregivers, and internal teams. This role combines elements of customer service, scheduling, reception, and administrative support into one fast-paced position that plays a critical role in our daily operations. This position is remote after successful completion of training, but candidates must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and be available to train in person at one of our local offices for a minimum of two months before transitioning to a remote work environment. The training will take place from 9am to 5pm, but the hours for the position itself are 6am to 2pm. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, caregivers, and community partners. Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and concerns. Resolve routine issues independently whenever possible. Assist with caregiver scheduling, staffing open shifts, and schedule adjustments. Coordinate communication between clients, families, caregivers, and office staff. Maintain accurate documentation and communication records. Support case management, recruiting, payroll, and leadership teams with administrative projects and daily operational tasks. Handle urgent scheduling situations and service disruptions with professionalism and urgency. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and documentation standards. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, call center operations, healthcare, or home care preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning and utilizing multiple software platforms.
