Part time accountant

What your future day will look like: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Contact customers regarding past-due balances and assist with collections. Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements. Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Support expense reporting and employee reimbursements. Assist with inventory reconciliation. Help ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department and assist with special projects as needed. 20 hours/week Type: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Associate's degree or Bachelor's in Accounting or related field 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience QuickBooks or accounting software proficiency.
