HR Generalist — Employee Relations & Training
SBM Offshore
SBM Management Services, LP in California's Sacramento area is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, recruitment and retention while ensuring compliance with company, state and federal laws. The role partners with managers to implement policies, conduct wage reviews, and drive engagement. You will maintain records, support investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, while staying aligned with SBM policies and #J-18808-Ljbffr SBM Offshore
