New Business Sales – Software Product EngineeringThe RoleUST is searching for a sales professional focused exclusively on generating new business for our Software Product Engineering practice in the US.What You’ll Do· Identify and open new logos across the US. · Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and executive outreach. · Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering and other technology leaders. · Create and qualify opportunities around Product Engineering, AI, modernization and digital products. · Own the sales cycle from first conversation through closure, working with internal teams as needed. · Consistently build pipeline and deliver new revenue against defined targets.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What You Need· 8–10 years of US technology / IT services sales experience. · Proven track record of new logo acquisition and revenue generation. · Strong network and access to technology decision makers in the US. · Hunter mindset with strong prospecting and relationship-building skills. · Comfortable creating opportunities from scratch with limited dependency on inbound leads. · Strong executive presence, communication and commercial skills.Location & CompensationCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
