Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in United States.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own and shape key product experiences across a platform focused on personalized health, behavior change, and long-term wellbeing. You will design intuitive systems and interfaces that bring together AI, human expertise, personal data, and accountability. This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with Product and Engineering from early discovery through launch. You will combine strong product thinking with exceptional interaction and visual design to make complex experiences feel simple and motivating. Your work will span consumer experiences, expert workflows, and AI-powered systems while contributing to scalable design foundations. In a fast-moving environment, you will use research, product metrics, experimentation, and AI tools to continuously improve the product and its impact.

Accountabilities:

• Own the design of core product experiences across onboarding, training, coaching, and long-term engagement.
• Translate product strategy and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create cohesive, intuitive, and motivating end-to-end experiences across the product ecosystem.
• Apply a systems-thinking approach across consumer experiences, expert workflows, and AI-powered product interactions.
• Develop scalable design patterns, frameworks, and systems that support continued product growth.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery and definition through implementation and launch.
• Contribute to product strategy by helping determine what should be built, not simply how it should look.
• Collaborate with Engineering to maintain a high standard of implementation quality and ensure the final product reflects the intended experience.
• Use product metrics, user feedback, and experimentation to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and contribute to the development of intelligent, AI-driven product experiences.
• Communicate design decisions clearly, build alignment across teams, and take ownership of complex problem spaces with autonomy and accountability.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Proven experience shipping products across mobile applications, consumer products, or complex B2B systems.
• Experience designing AI-driven, personalized, or intelligent product experiences.
• Strong visual and interaction design capabilities with a consistently high bar for quality, usability, and product clarity.
• Ability to design complete end-to-end experiences, from early user flows and concepts through polished production-ready interfaces.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect design decisions with user needs, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities and requirements can evolve.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, design craft, execution, and ownership of meaningful product experiences.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with fast, iterative execution.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach combined with strong ownership, accountability, curiosity, and attention to detail.
