Marketing Systems Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Marketing Systems Specialist will perform general marketing tasks related to marketing systems, content libraries, and data quality while supporting proposal-related resources and collaborating with diverse teams. Key responsibilities Develop and update standard content and processes to support business development and client engagement Maintain marketing content libraries and ensure data governance and integrity across marketing systems Assist with proposal development tasks, including document preparation, editing, and coordination Required qualifications A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, including proposal development Experience with technology or information systems updates and testing Working proficiency in marketing information systems and databases Solid understanding of data management practices for effective marketing systems maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr
