Job Description
The Baker (Sun/Mon/Thur) plays a vital role in preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to the highest standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency in quality, and the ability to follow recipes and production schedules while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare doughs and batters according to established recipes
- Operate ovens and other baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality and adjust baking times and temperatures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking areas and equipment
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished goods
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
