Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS) is a comprehensive health system with approximately 6,500 employees that serves the communities of eastern Oklahoma. HHS is comprised of Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospital South, Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, Oklahoma Heart Institute, Bailey Medical Center, Utica Park Clinic, Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta, Hillcrest Hospital Pryor and Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital. Responsible formaintaining and onboarding traveler pipeline,in accordance with Hillcrest Healthcare System standards, policies and procedures. Coordinates staffing and scheduling functions for Hillcrest Resource Team and contract labor in collaboration with each facility staffing teams to meet staffing goals for Hillcrest Healthcare System facilities. Provides and contributes data for individual and consolidated reporting, including but not limited to; staffing variances, vendor usage and cost of staffing. Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Job Requirements: At least one (1) year of staffing experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
