Now hiring for Outside Sales/Business Development where we are seeking a hunter, not a farmer. We are seeking strictly new business generation in our Sales Dept. Sales Representative Sales is a revenue generating and customer retention position. You will be responsible for selling employment solutions with a keen appreciation for quality and attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess excellent telephone sales and communications skills.
Identify who in the Houston market is hiring for staff in 2026-2027 OUTBOUND Calling HR Representatives/Decision Makers to develop new clients and generate job orders Advise companies as to the best solutions for their staffing needs Establish and grow existing client relationships with executives in the HR industry Responsible for identifying sales opportunities TPI Staffing, a Top Texas staffing agency, has an immediate opening on our Sales & Business Team to market, sell and represent our firms services in Northwest Houston and the surrounding areas. TPI Staffing offers a full variety of recruitment services to businesses, from providing temporary or direct hire employees to setting up an onsite person to handling all of a companys employment needs. We do NOT cap our commissions! You will earn a competitive base salary, depending on your experience, plus commissions. In addition, you will enjoy Full Time health and dental insurance benefits, paid vacation time off, paid holidays off and more. Your primary goal will be to increase staffing billable hours, total sales dollars and gross profit through focused sales strategies and by opening new accounts.
