Hommali is seeking passionate, hardworking, and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our opening team. This role is an opportunity to work in a professional kitchen focused on craftsmanship, consistency, and continuous learning while helping bring our vision of Thai cuisine to life.

The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, eager to learn, and takes pride in producing exceptional food while working collaboratively with the team.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Hommali’s recipes, standards, and plating guidelines.
• Set up and maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked station before service.
• Execute service efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Follow daily prep lists and complete assigned production tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
• Monitor product quality and communicate any issues immediately.
• Work closely with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service and at the end of each shift.
• Follow all sanitation, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Support menu development, recipe testing, and additional kitchen projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Fine dining or high-standard restaurant experience is a plus.
• Passion for cooking and a strong interest in Thai cuisine.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
