Remote IT Support Technician

Role: IT Support Technician responsible for providing technical support and managing internal technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalated Help Desk tickets and assist with first response or escalation.
- Administer user accounts across platforms including Office365, Box, Netskope, and others.
- Support onboarding of new hires and contractors, including preparing equipment and documenting assets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including imaging, record-keeping, and disposal.
- Create and update technical documentation and process procedures.
- Handle requests for creating shared folders and securely erase storage media.
Qualifications & Skills
- Recent graduate in IT or up to two years of support experience.
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals, Network+.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with business applications like Office365 is a plus.
