Catering Lead As a Catering Lead at Panera, you play a crucial role in our catering operations. Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow‑ups. Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events. Strictly adhere to health & food safety standards. Maintain Panera’s exceptional standards for food quality. Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products & services. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support managers & team members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card required by law). Enjoy people and have strong communication skills. A self‑starter who can meet goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational & time‑management skills. Own a vehicle suitable for deliveries with an acceptable driving record. Flexible hours, including nights & weekends in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds. Capable of standing/walking up to 3 hours. Clear communication in a loud environment.
