Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and other relevant tools, to accurately diagnose and evaluate the mental health status of patients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity, address individual needs, and incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to effectively support their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and reports using state-of-the-art digital tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Facilitate coordination of care, collaborating actively with patients and external referral agencies to seamlessly connect them with necessary resources and support.

• Provide educational mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, embodying the role of a leader within the team and contributing to their professional development.

• In conjunction with your clinical supervisor, contribute to peer reviews and collaborative strategies that support the ongoing growth of your colleagues and enhance team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with a variety of mental health conditions. Your focus will be on providing compassionate outpatient therapy rooted in an understanding of the unique needs of each patient, particularly in their cultural and social contexts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current license recognized by the State Board of Social Work Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
