This position is remote, featuring a flexible schedule that allows you to fulfill the responsibilities of a mental health counselor while accommodating your work-life balance. You will engage with clients through virtual platforms as well as conduct necessary in-person home visits and community engagements, ensuring that our services are delivered effectively and empathetically.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy focused on individuals experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve common treatment goals, demonstrating an approach that values teamwork and shared responsibility.

• Manage client caseload efficiently, ensuring timely treatment, monitoring progress, and documenting interactions according to established protocols.

• Be available for on-call support during and after program hours as needed.

• Contribute to committees aimed at improving service delivery and program efficacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
