Account Representative

The office of Jonathan Phillips State Farm is hiring!

We're looking for a motivated, personable professional to join our growing insurance agency. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs. This role is primarily focused on generating new business, relationship building, and providing support for existing policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers and follow up with active leads.
• Identify sales opportunities through conversations with new and existing customers.
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options that fit their needs.
• Prepare quotes and help customers through the insurance purchasing process.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage long-term retention.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records.
• Provide day-to-day customer support when needed.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team toward individual and office goals.
