Assistant Front Office Manager

HYATT Hotels

The Assistant Front Office Manager is an entry-level Leadership position who will assist with oversight of the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: scheduling, training/development, payroll, cash control for front office agents, assistance with VIP guests and ensuring safety practices are in place and being upheld by all team members. The Assistant Front Office Manager will promote an atmosphere that ensures guest and colleague satisfaction. This requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with guests, other departments and team members effectively and efficiently. Service oriented style with professional presentation skills This position must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
