Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Engage regularly with clients via video conferencing, providing them with effective coping strategies and therapeutic interventions.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed practices, to address various mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive client care and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our EHR system to track progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.

The patients you will serve comprise a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution is highly preferred.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this remote position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
