Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and treatment plans, including appropriate discharge planning when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
\n
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate progress notes to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine eligibility for services and initiate treatment planning.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges.

• Engage in continuous professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
