Key Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities as an LMHC will include:

- Maintaining a dynamic caseload of clients, fostering trust and rapport while upholding professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, provide support, and determine the need for discharge when appropriate. \n
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, and actively monitoring their effectiveness. \n
- Keeping meticulous documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. \n
- Performing comprehensive intake assessments and individual therapy sessions based on the clients' specific requirements. \n
- Participating in individual supervision to enhance professional growth and skill development. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients. \n
- Maintaining a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities for personal and professional development within your practice. \n
At the Jewish Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). \n
- At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting. \n
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your application:

- Comfort and proficiency in utilizing technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY. \n
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. \n
- Familiarity with conducting intake assessments effectively. \n
