Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings that explore clients' mental health histories and current concerns to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges, leveraging evidence-based practices to foster healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients and promote engagement.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, tracking client progress and outcomes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, many of whom are navigating complex mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Understanding cultural competency is crucial, as you will be working with individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique life experiences and perspectives on mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State is mandatory.
