Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Design personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear goals and actionable steps toward recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing assorted evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitor client progress diligently, documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure effectiveness.

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering a supportive environment to enhance understanding and involvement in recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
