Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health needs, utilizing various assessment instruments and observational techniques.

• Deliver personalized one-on-one counseling sessions, equipping clients with effective tools to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Lead group therapy sessions focused on mutual support, psychoeducation, and skill-building aimed at fostering community and resilience among participants.

Compensation and Benefits\n
