Senior Collections Specialist

Managing complex and high-risk accounts, the full-time Senior Collections Specialist will provide guidance to junior staff, resolve systemic issues, and ensure timely collections while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-volume, high-risk accounts requiring advanced collection expertise and timely resolution Research and resolve complex billing, payment, and account discrepancies through in-depth analysis Serve as a subject matter resource for team members, providing guidance on complex account situations and best practices Required qualifications 5+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience Demonstrated experience handling complex accounts Strong analytical and leadership capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including intermediate Excel skills
