Permanent Primary Care Physician Charlotte, North Carolina TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician for a permanent opportunity with a community health center serving underserved patient populations in the Charlotte area. This role offers a collaborative team environment, multi-site outpatient practice setting, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across all age groups. Position Details Job Type: Permanent Specialty: Primary Care / Family Medicine Setting: Outpatient FQHC Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Schedule: 4 5 days per week Shift Length: 8-hour shifts Patient Schedule: 1 patient per 30 min schedule; approx 45 min lunch Start Date: ASAP Work Setting: In-person Salary Range: $200,000-$275,000 DOE Practice Environment Multi-site outpatient clinic network Team-based care model Must be comfortable treating all ages Must be comfortable providing basic GYN care Opportunity to build and maintain a patient panel Collaborative environment with healthcare professionals and specialists Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Order and review labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatment plans Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation Provide lifestyle, wellness, and preventive care counseling Adhere to quality, compliance, and HIPAA standards Athena EMR experience preferred Minimum Requirements Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible Licensure: Active North Carolina MD license with no infractions Credentialing: Must be Medicaid and Medicare credentialed in North Carolina PECOS enrollment required DEA: Active DEA with NC address Certifications: BLS required, ACLS, and PALS would be appreciated (American Heart Association) Clinical Recency: Recent specialty experience within the last 24 months Malpractice: No recent or open malpractice cases Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off 12 Holidays 15 Days Vacation 401k match after 1 year of employment National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment program About TinkBird TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is a specialized healthcare recruiting firm connecting clinicians with high-quality locum and permanent opportunities nationwide.
