This role involves managing administrative, scheduling, and operational tasks. The coordinator will work with Project Managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure projects are organized, on schedule, and aligned with budget requirements. This is an operations-focused position requiring coordination skills and the ability to support multiple projects.**Key Responsibilities*** Support project implementation, scheduling, and documentation management.* Coordinate materials and deliveries.* Update and track project tasks and milestones, including Gantt chart reviews.* Perform purchase order management.* Maintain accurate records by uploading all documentation to internal systems.* Communicate updates to internal colleagues.* Assist with commissioning and closeout documentation and compliance requirements.**Required Qualifications****Experience:** A minimum of two years of experience in project coordination is required.**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in construction project coordination.* Experience with integrated security or low-voltage systems.* Technologically savvy. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
