Laboratory - Medical Lab Technician

Job Description Shift schedule: MLT or MLS for a 13‑week assignment, Friday‑Sunday, three 12‑hour shifts 1830‑0700. Qualifications: At least 1 year experience. Proficiency with EMR - EPIC. Travel experience preferred. Minimum education: Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. Certifications accepted: ASCP MLT or MLS, AMT Certification. The East Clinical Laboratory provides comprehensive, time‑sensitive laboratory services to patients with a variety of diagnoses or admission/discharge criteria. The East laboratory performs Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis, various Manual Testing, Rapid Covid, Rapid Influenza, Manual Body Fluid and CSF cell counts and differentials as well as Transfusion Services and Central Processing. The lab provides training for new staff and medical technology students. The laboratory is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
