Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, determining their frequency and intensity in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and coping strategies to foster understanding and engagement.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Engage in team consultations and participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and team cohesion.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients dealing with mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credentials in California.
