Job Description
Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Director of Civil Engineering for their St. Petersburg team!

Responsibilities:

Develop,initiate and implement a business plan/strategy building
Build/maintainclient relationships
Assistwith business development opportunities
Recruit/retainhigh performing team members
Mentor/trainjunior staff
Interactand collaborate with other Directors and company leaders across Floridaand corporate wide
Develop,manage and achieve financial metrics of the group, ensuring profitabilityand sustainable growth
Monitor/directproject managers to achieve project and financial success overall projectswithin the group
Negotiatecontracts, fees, and terms with clients and other partners
Ensurecompany high quality design standards are met

Requirements:

BS in Civil Engineering
PELicense
12+years of Civil design experience
Broadcivil engineering expertise and an understanding of basic FLA permittingrequirements
Experiencewith municipal and other public projects preferred
Experience managing staff/clients

Salary is commensurate with experience.
