** Schedule: ** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
** Salary: ** $55,000 – $60,000
** Experience: ** 3+ years
The Rental Operations Coordinator supports daily rental operations, inventory management, and customer service activities. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate processing, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
** Responsibilities: **
- Coordinate daily rental operations and inventory activities.
- Review transactions, inventory records, and documentation for accuracy.
- Support inventory audits and inventory tracking efforts.
- Serve as a primary contact for customers and sales representatives.
- Resolve operational and customer service issues.
- Maintain ERP records and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with process improvements and team initiatives.
** Qualifications: **
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or customer support.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred; Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, FDA regulations, or ISO standards is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
