Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This full-time position is based onsite and runs from ASAP through late May 2027, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact on students’ communication development.

Work closely under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver group-based direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 70-80 elementary students. Your expertise and collaboration will be central to student growth within a supportive school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
• Experience providing speech-language support in a K-12 or pediatric setting, ideally within schools
• Familiarity with group and individual therapy models for elementary-age children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to work onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students, primarily in small groups
• Follow treatment plans developed and supervised by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Track student progress and assist with documentation as required
• Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP and support broader therapy goals
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and licensing standards
• Cultivate a positive, encouraging therapy environment for all students
