Work Environment

The work setting is an energetic rehabilitation facility located in Deltona, Florida, where full-time therapists engage with patients in a collaborative environment. As part of our commitment to achieving outstanding patient outcomes, you will work onsite during typical business hours, from Monday to Friday, with 40-hour shifts. Our facility is well-equipped with advanced tools and therapies designed to support a variety of rehabilitation needs, ranging from routine physical therapy to specialized care for complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stryker, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient recovery, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, exercises, and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation that comply with regulatory standards and reflect progress towards functional goals.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the therapy program.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric cases, and sports-related rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
