Our Recruiters perform daily activities from sourcing, connecting candidates with potential job opportunities and both maintaining and building candidate pipelines.Full TimeMonday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pmSanta Clarita, CA with remote opportunities!$23.00 Base plus Commission (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)Job Responsibilities:Thoroughly researches, screens and interviews potential employees for various roles.Implements company culture, values and policies.Promptly responds and coordinates with client contacts to fill entry-level to executive-level positions.Provides management with accurate reporting and documents.Coordinates events focused on employee recognition.Actively builds candidate pipelines to effectively place our candidates and fill our client's open roles in a competitive timely manner.Facilitates the recruiting process from sourcing to the offer process.
