Supply Chain Influencer

Overview The Supply Chain Influencer will be responsible for driving innovation and promoting best practices in supply chain management across various stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic individual who can engage and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to influence decision-making and implement strategies that enhance overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs Engage with stakeholders to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service levels Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain practices Facilitate training and workshops to educate stakeholders on best practices Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions for supply chain challenges Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving change Strong analytical and quantitative skills Preferred Requirements Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA Experience with sustainability practices within supply chains Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and IoT in supply chain solutions Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, ISM) #J-18808-Ljbffr UNIS
